I came to this complex bc my mom had just died and I gained custody of my sister. I gave PROOF that I'm in charge of my sisters income of over $1700 with BANK STATEMENTS and letters. I gave PROOF that my own income of over $1500 goes in the same bank account with MY NAME on it, with PAYSTUBS. Into the same bank account with my name on it. Therefore, it's mine. I wish I could give them a 0!! Debbie is the most unprofessional property manager. She is rude and lazy. If you report an unruly tenant she will tell you to call the cops. If you call the cops she then considers you a bother and will renew your lease. She has done this to many tenants. Check out BBB. She is the most lazy, depressing person I have ever dealt with. No humanity in her at all. Avoid this useless jackals at all cost!! Look elsewhere before coming here. It is like living in Iran with Debbie managing.

We moved and we were charge for damaged carpet , painting of the apartment including ceilings , we are non smokers , also charged for linoleum floor ???? Mini blind that we replaced 6 months prior . We lived there 5 years assumed it was normal wear and tear but you know what happens when you assume , my fault . We asked if they wanted us to have the carpet professionally cleaned , was told no , don’t worry about it .
