I have had to take my dog here twice. They have been beyond amazing both times. I cannot thank them enough for caring for my pooch.
My family has been going here since before I was born with my childhood “sibling” Phoebe and WILL NOT be going back here or recommending this vet clinic to anyone anymore. Worst experience ever. Hard to schedule appointments, no friendly staff on the phone or in person. Waited for 25 minutes to be seen for a a yearly checkup and was seen for 12 minutes. Also prices have risen to $101 for a yearly checkup, rabies shot, and distemper shot. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I called to get an appt for our pittie foster who had a wound on his leg and they offered to see him the same or next day. When we went in the staff was very friendly and Dr. Mendenhall was awesome with Spencer and didnt care what breed he was and gladly accepted kisses from him as she sat on the floor. He got great care and is doing better. I will definitely take future fosters and my personal dogs here from now on.
We have been taking our dog, Cali, to Chartiers Animal Hospital, since 2006. Cali is 10 years old and we feel confident, with all the care she has received. We would recommend this veteranarian office to anyone. The staff has been great.

Our cat has had very good care over the years--both general exams and vaccinations, and also emergency issues. The staff and doctors are caring and take time with each pet to listen to concerns and treat as needed
