I thought this was a good place at first during our first home buying experience. The previous people in our home were in a homestead account and did not pay taxes, so charter west didn’t have “enough to go off of” to estimate the amount going into escrow. Now a year and a half later, our mortgage payment went up $700.00 due to this error which wasn’t caught by either mortgage company we were with.
