Tried to ask a question to the telephone operator. The lady didn't sound helpful at all. She immediately transferred my call to somewhere else without even telling me and it didn't get answered. This is happening to me for few times now. If the staff are not professional how the general public would be interested in doing CPA in Alberta?
Called for some assistance. Nice receptionist but when call put through (twice over a 30 minute period) to CPD section no one answers the phone, no answering machine and does not automatically transfer back to front desk when not answered. Message just says thank you and deep-sixes the call.
We work with Gary as our accountant, and he has been absolutely awesome! I even sent our tax stuff over later this year than I should have and he still got it done for us.

Worst company to work for. As per their latest equality review lots of racism, bigotry, and gender inequality. There response to any complaints or suggestions is if you don’t like it you can leave and this is from their senior staff and HR. I sure their board or members would love the truth of how poorly employees are treated
