getting in touch with someone to simply make an appointment with my doctor has taken me more than 3 days. nobody answers the phone and when someone does, they tell you to call back because the entire staff is at lunch or not in the office. I feel like there should be someone there at all times to make appointments or answer questions.
Dr Mazza is highly recommended.
