Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service. They act nice to get you in the door, make promises they can't keep and make you feel pressured to close by acting frustrated when you "ask for time to review". They made it clear that, even though I had scheduled ahead of time, their other deal (bragging that it was 60 million dollar sale) was more important. The level of annoyance and eye roll on the Escrow officers face when I asked for just a few minutes for my lawyer to review was completely uncalled for. On top ... read more
