Kim and her team were great, and it was an easy process.
The settlement agent (M.Q.) at signing was professional, timely, and organized. He lacked providing me clear information about how to access my final settlement statement for the property electronically. There were errors on the settlement, papers and payouts by E.D. And they are not willing to admit their mistake, even though the information was provided on three separate pages of the contract. Stay away from them, not worth your time, They don’t really care about the customers.
This is the second time I've had a great experience with Charter Title. Highly professional and very friendly
