we just moved in and are dealing with bugs from third day. Its a puzzle why pest control treatment was not done before we moved in, when the apartment was vacant. after moving in we came to know from previous tenants that earlier also bugs problem was there in the same apartment. we disposed off sofa on fourth day. now we have to deal with it (a month or so).Its tough to deal with bugs with kids. My son got rashes all over the body and we are scratching daily instead of enjoying new place.
I regret Moving here If you like rude staff things constantly breaking in your apartment for no reason, hot water being cut off, not being able to use a community room you pay for, not being able to use a pool you pay for, the exercise equipment is broken, smells in the hall way trash all over the place , roaches roaming freely in the halls ways trash shoot constantly backed up, Oh and heres the best part.......... I live here at Belford Towers and i love my apartment home i read the reviews and i do not agree with any of them the office staff is amazing and are always willing to help. Pest control at this property is just the same as any other property. I am excited about the new gym/ rec room they are building the pool is amazing my building is very quiet. I have no trash issues on my floor at all nor do i have any pest. My apartment is amazing is spacious and i love it my kitchen is amazing. i would recommend anyone to come live her... read more
