RecommendedMy family and I cannot thank the staff at Charter Senior Living enough for the amazing care they provided my Grandpa over the past 14 months! The staff not only cares for the residents but also the family, treating you with a smile as you walk in, some small talk when there, and a sincere goodbye as you leave. The passion that is displayed as they provide care is simply amazing! Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Went to see an old friend there. This place is beautiful. Very clean. The residents rooms are cozy comfortable and very personal. You can bring your own furniture to help them adjust. Staff was polite, and very friendly.
we had a small issue with my mom not having the rest she needs and brought it to their attention and she is happier now and they did it fast we love having her there. amazing staff and owners are amazing

I must admit that when I first went to see the Hampton Manor as a place for my Mom, I had my doubts. When I got there and took a tour, it was the perfect fit for my Mom. She has no more (or little) stress because she is taken care of. She has her own privacy when that is what she wants or there are beautiful seating areas and two dining rooms that are so beautiful.
