I am sorry to say this facility doesn’t live up to its posted reviews. My “fresh” fruit, I ordered, had sat in the refrigerator for over 2 days, according to labeling. So…..it actually was going on 3 days old! I believe the flavor is affected by time spent refrigerated. I certainly did not fo order a bowl of old refrigerated fruit. Silly me, expecting fresh fruit as menu stated, when they had plenty of old fruit to use up……
Everyone was very friendly. Felt very homey. The facility was neat and clean.
Viewing Southern Pines for an expected need in an assisted living home made my smile. The staff, residents, and facilities were exceptional. It looked and felt like a quaint family village.
The sales manager Donna spent an entire afternoon listening to our needs and concerns and sharing how Charter would exceed our expectations. From there it was an easy decision to choose Charter!
My apologies but I haven’t tour your facilities, actually I called for the prices but never received a call back. Have good day.
