I had a few issues that arose after the sale of the truck. Jesse Smith made sure all issues were resolved and that they provided the best customer service. The sales team were very helpful as well, thank you Dominic and Gabby! I will be a return customer for future purchases at Charter Trucks.
My husband drove 6 hrs round trip to look at a truck from this place. He saw it and started the process of purchasing it. My husband was told they don’t have a finance department on site and we would have to do it by email. So my husband and I completed all the paperwork and jumped through every hoop and mailed all paperwork. Everything was finalized, only to be told that they sold the truck out from under him.
