Typical slum lord. They let their properties deteriorate, let trees overgrow the parking lot so bad the residents lose 3 spots, racoons messing up the roof , then they refuse to renew everyone's lease so they can kick them out and raise the rent by an obscene amount. Truly leeches on society.
I lived in the Symmes Townhomes in Fairfield OH for 1.5 years. An opportunity to rent a 3-bedroom house with fenced yard (I have a dog) became available, hence my moving from Symmes. All I can say is that if ever I had a problem or issue, Charter Properties Group was accessible and able to help in a more than satisfactory manner. One of the owners was instrumental with helping me with one small issue.
