The owner of buildings 9156 are absolutely horrible. The owner says to contact him when we need things fixed but tells us to call management who in turn never tells the owner. Everything falls apart when you move in and I bet your lucky stars they’ll charge us 3x more on stuff that wasn’t our fault because it’s how they work. They’re scammers. Hoping someone will cut these weeds soon, it’s over 100 degrees outside and that could cause a huge fire. It’s also not acceptable for disabled to get to their cars with the parking provided. For anyone moving in, these building don’t have gutters so you pretty much slide out of your apartment in the winter. No ice melt is put down from management, only residents. Owner is aware of the parking lot lights out/ flashing but it’s been a while and it’s still not fixed.
