Hoping someone will cut these weeds soon, it’s over 100 degrees outside and that could cause a huge fire. It’s also not acceptable for disabled to get to their cars with the parking provided. For anyone moving in, these building don’t have gutters so you pretty much slide out of your apartment in the winter. No ice melt is put down from management, only residents. Owner is aware of the parking lot lights out/ flashing but it’s been a while and it’s still not fixed.

It’s cheap and ghetto but it’s 3 bedrooms so you deal with it. I can’t wait to move

We have lived here for 2 1/2 years and have noticed a significant improvement in the last year within management. I actually tell they have empathy now. It might not be the fanciest apartments, but it's bigger than I expected and I really like the layout. Works great for us until we can purchase a home!
