Lisa the dispatcher is one of the kindest and most understanding people ever. My AC has been out for weeks, and the techs have been out here multiple times. (Not the techs fault…I think it’s electrical) She always answers quickly and gets someone out to me as soon as possible. Adam was also great at explaining what he was doing and the process!

I have only had good experiences with Charter! They are a local business who cares, who is experienced and who I will definitely be using again. I really do appreciate their work ethic, their values and their desire to help their customers. Thank you, Charter!

Charter Plumbing did an excellent job on a recent project at Bonham State Park. Their team showed up on schedule, completed the work exactly to specification, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. The Parks and Wildlife inspector spoke very highly of the quality of their work, which reflects the care and attention they put into the job. We had a smooth experience from start to finish and have no complaints. I would confidently recommend Charter Plumbing for similar projects.

Called at 8 AM this morning for work on a water heater. By 1:30 PM, Dakota and Eric from Charter Plumbing Air & Electric had removed my 14 year old 30 gallon unit and replaced it with a 50 gallon upgrade that was even more efficient. Excellent work and fair pricing. This is my second experience with this company, and I continue to highly recommend them. Thank you for a job well done!
