Showed a model apartment, decided to sign lease based on that. Asked for the picture and other info of the actual one i was moving to and it’s a different apartment…. Andddd forfeited my security deposit in the process even though i said it’s a different apartment and i’m not moving the same day i got my keys.
Jennifer was a no show for the apartment viewing which was scheduled and confirmed. This makes the whole complex unprofessional. I hope they get a better replacement for their own good.
Just moved in so far the experience is good.
