Carrie in the office is super helpful with answering questions, putting work orders into maintenance & just all around friendly. Maintenance Eric is quick with his work, explains issues & how to avoid them. My experience with both Eric & Carrie have been great.
I live behind this place and there are definitely some questionable things going on

This place is a joke.
Low income housing is always a great thing. These folks know their stuff. The management is friendly and always willing to listen to the tenants and help when they can.
