Charter Oak Mechanical installed my replacement central air in 2024, and I've since used them for all my heating and AC maintenance. Can't say enough of how excellent they are with their service and timely response to any questions or problems - especially Logan! Great company and I highly recommend.
Kevin, the supervisor, came out to the home this morning after what is been a very stressful weekend with my furnace. Kevin came in highly professional, and very knowledgeable. He assessed the system with all the necessary tools. He explained everything. He went above and beyond, and ensure that the furnace is in working order. Charter Oak Mechanical came to my home for a routine air conditioning maintenance visit. During their service, the condenser fan motor failed on a relatively new unit (only 7 years old). Since then, I’ve been left without air conditioning during a severe New England heatwave. At the time of the incident, an apprentice was cleaning the outside unit unsupervised while the lead technician was working on the air handlers inside. We've been using Charter Oak Mechanical for 5 years now and just had them out to service our C/A. As always, they were on time, very friendly, helpful, and ready to answer any questions! The same gentlemen, whose name I can't recall, has been here several times and is amazing! I highly recommend!
