I Have NEVER Received or Had a Bad Attitude or a Bad Experience. The Employees at this Particular Credit Union Are Always Professional.!!! The bank claims to have over draft protection for you and stop all automatic payments. The minute they see your paycheck is coming in. The day before they allow any payment due go through so the can charge u for over draft fees. I called them and called them out on this and all they said was "yeah sorry that's how it is" so basically admitted to scamming people. Do not open ur account with them
After 10 years of banking here I closed my accounts today. This credit union was once community minded with great relationships and customer service. Now management come from a banking background and have more fees than many banks. In fact I am leaving to go to a bank that has less fees!
