This place is a joke. Unsure why anyone would bank here when DCU exists. Terrible service, Teller was rude, was debating swapping to this bank but I'm good, I'll stick with DCU.
If I could give this bank a 0 I would. I have had this bank for over a year now and their ELAN card service people they use are the worst people I have ever had to deal with. It has been months and months and they still can not figure out a way to set up my app on my phone so I can make payments on my joint credit card with my husband. They couldn’t care less about their job or helping their client.
