I’ve never witnessed anyone handle such an overwhelming amount of abuse with the level of grace and professionalism this leasing agent displayed. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided at this apartment. It has been two weeks since our AC stopped working, and despite daily complaints, no one has come to fix it. The weather has been extremely hot, making it impossible to cook or stay comfortable at home. Their lack of response and responsibility is completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t even give them one star — they truly deserve zero. This kind of neglect shows they do not care at all about their residents’ well-being.
3rd time in last month AC can’t get the temperature below 79 degrees. For the last six months gas bill has been nearly 3 times of what it was last year. They said this was resolved and would receive refunds but that was 3 months ago.
I really like it here. Been here a few months now and after reading some of the past comments, I’m shocked. My older non-renovated apartment is super nice. Had some issues with the shower when I first moved in and maintenance was super responsive. Units are very well insulated and quiet. I don’t pay for reserved parking and never have an issue. Community is very clean, quiet and safe. Love the community grilling area. Overall, very happy living here!!
The rent is extremely to high for these apartments, and I still need things fixed. Been here almost a year.
