Simply brutal. I haven't seen another apartment complex in the area with a lower rating, and there's a reason for this. Take it as a sign, and look elsewhere! I'm counting down the days until I move out.
It would be difficult to be any worse than this place. The signs were all there from the beginning. It's a decision I'll regret until the lease ends!
Oswaldo was very good , we got valve replacement for the commode. He was quick and courteous and clean. Very nice and outgoing. All persons in Charter Oak are polite and friendly and respectful ! Satisfied.
Brutal all around - I should have taken heed of the signs and avoided this place from the very beginning. Fortunately I never ended up signing - take my advice and run fast.
