Editing based on experience: I have now been living here for the 4th year, with all ups and downs, I cannot be more happy with the Recent Change in management. The property manager in particular (Khagan), a very professional and a great personality, he possesses a very good problem solving skills. I thank him and his team for doing their best.
Devastatingly bad from start to finish. Old building, unmaintained rooms, inept management, advertisement litter all over the neighborhood - you name it, this place has it. I'll be checking reviews more carefully before renting anywhere from now on, you can believe it.
It's hard to believe that an apartment complex in an area as nice as Reston could be so bad, but the reviews don't lie - 3.0 stars tells you everything you need to know. They spend more money on advertising than they do anything else - never a good sign.
