My husband gets his CPap supplies from there. Every time we go, the manager and his nurses have been nothing but kind and helpful. A very rude and beligerant customer was ahead of us. The office girl tried to work with him . He wasn't having it. The manager came up front,, customer was very ugly to him too, but manager was the bigger person and still tried to be nice. Kudos to your staff.
Difficult to communicate with them and failure to return calls or emails.
Very dissatisfied. They were unwilling to assist with an emergency repair of a disabled senior’s medical device. The medical device malfunction has already led to injury.
I have waited for a month to get a shower chair. The person that answered my cal was very rude and unfriendly. If you don’t like your job go home! There’s too many other friendly people that needs a job!
