Very dissatisfied. They were unwilling to assist with an emergency repair of a disabled senior’s medical device. The medical device malfunction has already led to injury.
I have waited for a month to get a shower chair. The person that answered my cal was very rude and unfriendly. If you don’t like your job go home! There’s too many other friendly people that needs a job!

Terrible customer service. If you are looking for cpap supplies or support, look elsewhere. The women at the front are unhelpful and unfriendly and argumentative.
