Dealing with this agency has been an absolute nightmare! From the agent who failed to give my forwarding address to nationwides sister company for homeowners and renters insurance, Universal Property... and failed to cancel the policy on the correct date as asked.. Here I am a month and a half STILL waiting on a cut refund check that was paid for insurance and not serviced and its somewhere out in this wonderful mail system we have. Thanks! 😊
