Had a awful experience few months ago, with a non English counsellor. Didn't ask me important questions or ask how I'm feeling or coping. Looked disinterested throughout the appointment, and looked like he be rather be elsewhere but here. Very unprofessional service received. Useless
Really poor service experience. I engaged with the initial treatment, upon finishing, I stated I needed further treatment, and they put me on the original treatment course, despite me stating I needed more help! Only positive is that I’m now hopefully in the process of beginning the treatment this week! They are rude and lack interest.
