My support worker mervin disappeared for a month then told charter House I was not engaging so they took my support worker away I then wanted to make a formal complaint they kept telling me a manager was not there too confirm i have texts from me to mervin asking on several different occasions where or when is he to see me but they just would not take my evidence they then took me in a room full of nurses and professionals which successfully scared me out of making a formal complaint with my evidence as it seemed like they w... read more
If you want help, don't come here. Your just a number in the system.
Thay never answer the phone and then when they do thay hang up on you. So so annoying. Maybe one day thau may need the service then how will thay feel.
After months of hearing nothing from them I finally receive my outpatient review about our first meeting for me to see that the doctor barely listened to a word of what I said to him multiple points where he merges two unrelated things I told him together or just missed a crucial bit of what I told him
