If I could give negative stars, I would. Hospice is supposed to be a service to make the end of one's life as comfortable and peaceful as possible. Charter Hospice does the exact opposite. They ruined the last year of my father's life and actively sought to limit his access to decent care so they could continue to get paid the maximum to do not even the bare minimum. They did not provide the level of in home care that was needed. They forced me to search for a skilled nursing placement for him instead of doing it themselves ... read more

I have nothing but positive things to say about charter hospice They did a great job taking care of Mom. All of the Nurses were kind and compassionate they made a horrible situation a little better
