This is a for-big-profit-business, not a healthcare business. They have predatorial "scouts" under the cover of "doctors", running around rehab centers to find patients (preys). The deliver low quality and superficial care. They tend to talk it up, promising more than they would actual deliver. If you have never had any experience with hospice care, you should not sign up with Charter. They have low quality nurses and doctors, who would never show up, even when you request one.
