absolutely the best hospice, their team is very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. The care they provide is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them to any one.
Charter Home Hospice is horrible. I am writing tho review to try to help and protect other families from reaping the horrific experiences my family endured. I reported their agency as well to the JACO, a government agency which oversees hospice care in California. You can call them for their findings. Charter Home Hospice lacks efficiency, use of appropriate medical procedures, consistency, organization and seem to be over their heads in trying to cover referred patients in their enormous geographical areas.
