Charter has been very bad when it comes Warranty services. My house was built in last phase of woodbridge community. By the time my warranty ended they were done construction here. I Raised around 15 issues they have addressed only one and there is no way to contact them. No emails or Phone reach out. THere portal that was there to submit issues is closed now.
Beautiful homes. Lots of extras.
