I’m trying to cancel my account and told because the gym is now closed that I have to send a certified letter during the coronavirus pandemic of which I am a senior citizen with copd and should not be going in public places. So my question is... why can’t you cancel on phone because I’m sure if I wanted to sign up you’d be more than happy to do that!!!! My experience here is great love the people and the gym I would rate them awesome workers are great and gym clean and safe
Great staff extremely helpful and pleasant. If I’m sweating when I leave I feel I have accomplished a goal.
