Probably the worse drywall job I have ever seen. I build homes and used charter for the first time. We have had to have them come back so many times to fix issues. Last time we gave up and used our painter to fix everything at our own cost. Everywhere in the house has issues. Lesson learned on Charter drywall.
They did a substandard job. They also keep removing my husband's review with pictures. This was on a brand new build and within the first month there were cracks all over the ceiling. They then stated they would come out and repair them under warranty but ended up charging our builder another $4,000.00.Our builder stated he wasn't going to pay as it was warranty work and they said either pay or we will put a lien on the house .
