We moved out in March. Paid $500 pet deposit and now we get a letter stating we will get $5.00 of our $869 deposit back due to them replacing the carpet. Nowhere on the paper did it show us paying the $500 pet deposit and neither the manager Lori or Scioto Management Group will return our calls. The place is a joke. The apartment was clean and I’ll give them replacing the carpet but we should get some money back. Was told they would figure a reason not to refund my deposit but I didn’t listen.
We have been here for over two years now. Management has been great, and the price is right for the size (in relation to Marysville/Hilliard) that is. Management knows your name which is always a nice touch. Overall the property is well taken care of and anytime you have a service request they are always quick to respond.
