Can't speak to quality because the house is not done yet. Process has been tedious. In my opinion you should compare other builders (KRB and Blanton for example) before you sign the standard contract with CBG. CBG's up-charges can break the bank and if you want more than model choices, the "standard" selections" are very limited.
