Absolutely the worst service. As a first time customer I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!! this was a very HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
I have always been a fan of the chart house. Today the service was very slow and the food not up to the normal standards.
Food was delicious but service was 3stars at best.
Chart House.... More like Shart House. Salad came out wrong, both steaks were way undercooked and no refills on our drinks for over ten minutes. Jose the manager was apologetic and he did feel bad. Ruth Chris will continue to be my go to restaurant.

Terrible. If this was my very first time having dinner at a Chart House, I would never try another one. The Chart House in Fort Lauderdale certainly didn't have the upscale flair of the ones in Miami or Jacksonville. Makes me wonder if they are slipping. They didn't have our first or second choice of fish. Atmosphere was blah. No one made any attempts to apologize or offer a complimentary drink or discount. Nothing. Not up to par. Would not recommend.
I would give it more stars if only they would get there act together, by putting more people on the floor. Thir HH get prices for food & drinks . If they did they would make more money. What ten minuets twelve minuets befor you get you next drink tsk tsk
