Chart House, Monterey is such a beautiful location, you would think they could make food worthy of it. But sadly no. The menu sounds delicious but tastes very ordinary indeed. The ingredients are fabulous but the execution is poor. The service is adequate when it could so easily be outstanding. It was a big Californian disappointment 😢
