I have attended this specific location for over 18yrs, being a local. My family was supposed to enjoy a lovely birthday celebration. I made an advance reservation for my moms birthday. Well it didn't go well, and after 2hrs of basically NO Service, the food arrived cold! Plus, the manager "Tony" made the entire situation worse with his shitty attitude and unapologetic shrug. So sad and highly disappointed!!!!!
