We have been to your restaurant many times and always experienced good food and service. However! Last night (Valentine’s Day) there were several annoyed drivers including us being strong armed into Valet parking. They had every parking spot except the back line which held about 12 cars. The rest which included the side of the roads on both sides were designated for the Valet parking. Expensive but incredible... This is not a resturant that you go to every week unless you have money to throw around. It's a well priced establishment, but the food, service and ambience are incredible. If you can, plan ahead and order the signature dessert for your table, you will be glad that you did. Everywhere you sit you have amazing views of the harbour and it's never disappointing. I hear the salad bar is one of the best around, but I can assure the food will not let you down.
Great for Special Events We go to the Chart House in Melbourne FL. We called and made reservations for our anniversary. We arrived when they open to assure a table by the window to drink in the fabulous view of the river, the "resident" heron, and the wind surfers. For special events like anniversaries and birthdays they provide a copy of a special menu with "Happy Birthday John Doe", etc and a delicious complimentary dessert. fellow cook First off the staff was very professional but down to earth at the same time. The service was impectable;never did you have to ask for a re-fill or a spare napkin anything,& they did it without making you feel invaded while having a conversation.very personable. loud but great food What a great view, salad bar is out of this world every meal i have had here has been prepared with care.staff is extremely pleasant. the only thing that i did not care for was it seemed loud I think it must be from all those windows, Its well worth the trade off for the the food as well as the view.

There's really not a bad seat in the place I've must of Dined there I'd say 8 times an everytime it was a Great experience who's ever in the kitchen needs a Big Hug an a Trophy for every meal was Unbelievable I'll say this the BEST AROUND HANDS DOWN.
