Probably the worst food, best service, best views on cape cod. They have a great spot but why charge $16 for mudslides, horrible cold special dinners with 2 hour waits!!!!! You have the perfect spot, get a great chef, charge the prices you do, and stop being known for- you don't go to the chart room for the food!!!!
We went to Chart House in Jacksonville Thursday 6/27 with another couple and the evening was going well. We got our drinks (wine and other libations) and appetizers, and the waiter was pleasant. We later ordered our food and when it finally came out, everyone's dinner came out except mine. The servers didn't know and I was patiently waiting for them to place my plate but they left. The Chart House was extremely Wonderful on Valentine's Day! My husband and I treated a Couple that happen to be Newlyweds they were very impressed with the perfect Table with a Window View, Great and Friendly Service and Exquisite Brunch! Chart House made our Valentine's Day very Special. We will definitely come back. Thank you, The Hawkins in DC.
We have been to your restaurant many times and always experienced good food and service. However! Last night (Valentine’s Day) there were several annoyed drivers including us being strong armed into Valet parking. They had every parking spot except the back line which held about 12 cars. The rest which included the side of the roads on both sides were designated for the Valet parking.
