Totally disappointed! Been here before and had great experience but tonight we were totally ignored. Service was so slow and management did nothing to correct the problem

My wife and I celebrated our 23rd Anniversary with the Chart House. As soon as we got to the restaurant, we were met with congratulations, from the hostess to the waitress Amy & including the management. They met our every expectation with service, drinks, dinner & finished the evening off with desert.
