Out of our party of 9, 3 got sick. Food was bland, dry and tasteless even with added salt and pepper. Never going back. Overpaid even with two of the meals comped. It was for my sister's birthday so it put a damper on things...

Our family has been eating on the Holidays at the Chart House for decades. Always An awesome dining experience! Prime Rib & Coconut Shrimp is wonderful.�
We had a reservation for my husband's birthday and were seated 30 minutes later than the reservation time. I was so excited to get the special menu with happy birthday wishes at the top and when I saw it was disappointed to see there was typos in it. After waiting so long for our table, there was no high chair which we had specified in our reservation which took a long time to get one. Our food arrived cold and my husband's steak was undercooked. Expected way more from a Laundrys owned restaurant we were very disappointed.
The place is wonderful. The food is great, huge salad bar. Great views of the city. Good service!
