Nick from Chars Cars is amazing. We received excellent service. He just is an all around nice guy. I came in there without my boyfriend (he was out of town for an emergency) just to inquire about a car we saw online. I was really worried about being taken advantage of since I know nothing about cars. Nick answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable. My BF ended up purchasing a 2005 BMW with 40K miles only. They truly took care of us there. I highly recommend buying a car from here.
Do NOT get a car from this place!! My partner and I purchased a 2012 Volkswagen cc. When we arrived, Nick told us they purchase vehicles from auctions, bring them back to the lot, and once there's a buyer they send the car out to get a full work up/inspection where they fix anything wrong and give us the full report. We purchased the 3rd car there because the other 2 we were interested in had very big obvious mechanical issues. After the "inspection" we took the car home. Have had nothing but issues, so I will try to list them all out: 1. Car was not in the condition described online or in the pictures. I traveled from out of state with the intention of making the purchase. I had been talking with a representative leading up to me driving 4 hours to see it had been taken apart to address an issue with the subwoofer amp.
