This place is great ,not only is the food fantastic (and plentiful) AND reasonable, it also has the best service ! Be sure to ask for Kathy! You will love her! Did you know Aiello's has the same owner and is equally as good with AMBIENCE galore! Thank you, Joe! You can find both places at T-Bird and 7th St., SE corner....Yes!!!
The food and service was phenomenal. We will definitely go back when we are in Phoenix again.
Called to order lunch and had the rudest server and refused to answer any of my questions. Went to pick up my lunch and went to the adjoins restaurant and there wasn't any one in charge. When I asked for a manger the guy running the pizza counter reused to give me a managers name or owners name was also rude. Went back to chart and the girl was still a ride bitch. Took the food home and it was marginal at best.
I thought the service was fine and friendly and the owner chef came out to greet us! I thought the burger was amazing!! My son said I was just hungry but no..the bacon has just the right crispness and salty but bbq flavor. I had the BBQ bacon hamburger! Best burger I've had in a while!! I see that other reviews are not so great but my experience was awesome!
