Charon roofing did our roof Nov, 2017. Eric was very professional, gave us a good price and performed the work promptly. When we try to sell our house in May 2018, the inspector found some wet stains under the roof and questioned if the roof is sound. Eric was there within 2 hours of me calling him and inspected the roof and determine those are old stains and the roof is sound. He also offer to talk to new buyer directly and Charon transferred to warranty to the new owner. Thanks for making my selling process better.
