I was having a hard time dealing and understanding my claim. I decided to call my local branch and spoke with 2 amazing people (Aron & Cathy). They listen to everything I had to say, they said they would make some calls and get back to me the next business day. I’ve had a great experience with Desjardins and Sarah McLean! Sarah has walked me through the process and is incredibly patient when answering my questions. She is always fast to respond to my emails, her answers are clear, and she makes the entire process smooth! This is my first time getting auto insurance on my own and she has eased my anxiety through her excellent service.
