I’ve had a great experience with Desjardins and Sarah McLean! Sarah has walked me through the process and is incredibly patient when answering my questions. She is always fast to respond to my emails, her answers are clear, and she makes the entire process smooth! This is my first time getting auto insurance on my own and she has eased my anxiety through her excellent service. I’m extremely happy with this experience and I’m looking forward to continuing insurance with Sarah and Desjardins.

I dealt with Sarah McLean over the past two days and she was absolutely phenomenal. Probably the best customer service I have received in so long. She was quick empathetic understanding and knew exactly what she was doing. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and the team.

Dealing with a claim can be stressful, however with Eryn on your side it is a whole lot easier. She always goes above and beyond to help. I didn't want to involve her in the claim process, but when things weren't making sense to me, I reached out and she got to the bottom of things within the hour! Thanks again Eryn for helping me in a time of need, you have always been there when I need you.
