I am very disappointed that my cardiologist Dr.Sandhilu is no longer with this group, Cardiovascular Associates of Santa Cruz. My experience with him was very nice, though and professional.
I can't say enough good things about Dr Sandhu! He is not only warm, compassionate and a good listener, but he is also data-driven for diagnoses. Besides being a Board Certified Cardiologist, he goes a step beyond his own training, experience and tacit knowledge to incorporate AI for analysis. In addition, he uses AI to summarize conversations, freeing up time to spend with patients that would normally be designated for record keeping. Dr. Sandhu is excellent. I attribute his expertise in saving my life.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled appt. I was told they have no record of my appt. I waited over 2 hours to see Dr Sandhu. I proved to them I had an appt and I still waited over 2 hours. No water available. No update given until I asked 2 hours later, if they forgot me.
