I was referred by my GP for Lymphedema treatment described as a compression wrap to lessen the swelling in my leg. Upon arriving I was quickly called into an examination room for a consult. Within 30 seconds the consultant determined that I needed acupuncture. No matter how or how many times I asked about the compression therapy, the reply was "nothing will work but Acupuncture." Before coming to ARC i was in a lot of pain and unable to turn my neck. Now since coming to ARC I am able to move without pain and my migraines have gone away since coming here. I have had great relief since coming ARC!

Great Place. I have used them for my lower back and neck/shoulder problem. Dr. Wang and staff are excellent and aim to get to the root of the problem. Would highly recommend them.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? A few of them Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this acupuncturist's office? They were average Was this acupuncturist willing to stay open late to accommodate your needs? No, my appointment was rushed so they could leave Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes

Did this acupuncturist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this acupuncturist welcome questions? Absolutely! They were happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this acupuncturist without scheduling an appointment? Yes. They do their best to answer my questions. Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this acupuncturist use excessive foul language? No Is this acupuncturist's business conveniently located? Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
