I came in for a simple bang fix and trim, and everything was going well—until the stylist grabbed the wrong scissors and accidentally cut a huge chunk off my bangs. She had to fix it, but now my bangs are way too short, and I’m absolutely mortified. While she didn’t charge me, the damage is done, and I don’t know if I can trust this place again.
