Went to Monterey today and was surprised to find it closed. Looks permanent, store was empty and signs were gone, I loved Charms by the Bay, I will miss this store.
I have bought several items over the years then moved to the East Coast. Headed back to Cannery Row after 13 years of being gone and was thrilled this great store was still in business. Stocked up on a few items to bring back to the East Coast. The customer service is always wonderful and love the selection you carry. It is a must stop when visiting.
Excellent customer service. Ayanna was great. I''ll go back again.
