To Charming Spa: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service my companion received. He paid the full price for the massage, but the staff, specifically a Chinese woman, was rude and unapproachable. She was unkind and demanded a tip, even though he had already given a small amount. Demanding tips is inappropriate, especially when a customer may not have more to give. While tips are customary, staff should not pressure customers.
