Still waiting to see if I receive refund for $850 payment I made. I will change this review if so. For now, was quoted agreed price for a procedure, 2 teeth at $850. But after they had me pay, sent me an e-sign showing total cost at more than $2,900. Also, I was not informed in advance regarding potential higher fee for extraction service. Came In for a exam. They took x-rays. A week later, recieved two certified letters.one by mail carrier to be signed. The other in mailbox. The letters stating she can not work on me. When I called and asked about the letters. The dentist was silent on the phone, and hung up on me.

This is the worst office (medical or dental) I have ever set foot in! For starters the dentist herself is rude to her staff and has poor bedside manner. As far as scheduling appointments goes don't count on keeping the ones you make I've been called 3 times to reschedule. Finally got the chance to be seen had an 8:30 appointment and here I am 30 minutes later being asked if I can reschedule yet again as I'm sitting in the office. Completely unprofessional. After spending a few weeks in the desert with my husband, one of my teeth was really hurting. Charming Smiles took my insurance and diagnosed me with decay and infection. The tooth needed to come out. I was nervous because we were leaving in 2 days to drive home to Washington State. I asked 3 times if she would give me some pain medicine for the trip. She did not. I learned on my own that if I put Oraljel directly on the wound that the pain would subside for awhile. No idea if that is recomnended.

I had a wonderful experience at Charming Smiles. I am normally quite nervous about going to the dentist but the staff and dentist put me quite at ease.
