At first, the receptionist gave me a warm welcome, and I thought the visit would go well. But after my first appointment, things completely changed. I visited Charming Smiles Family Dentistry in May 2025 for a dental filling, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. After the procedure, I experienced discomfort and pain for nearly three weeks. I notified the dentist about the issue and returned for a follow-up appointment, hoping it would be resolved. Kind, accommodating and helpful! Staff is super nice and my son said “I didn’t feel any pain, I really like them” He’s never mentioned that about any doctor before. Thank you Charming Smiles :)
