3 hours for a mani pedi because they didn’t wrap my nails while I had my pedicure and waited until the pedicure was done to wrap them. I observed them constantly ignoring the request of another customer who was elderly and then yelling at her. Staff do not talk to their clients and just grab your hands and feet to work on you like an object and not a person. The only time they were “nice” was when they were waiting for their tip. Rude and disrespectful.
