I walked in for a service and left extremely disappointed. The technician rushed through my nails, finishing in less than five minutes, and didn’t even bother using proper tools—he was literally ripping the ends of my nails off with his fingers! On top of that, the utensils he did use looked dirty, which is a huge hygiene concern. While they weren’t rude, the lack of care, cleanliness, and professionalism was enough for me to decide I won’t be coming back. Guys please save yourself some Time and money and do not come to charming nails. I told the old lady that I needed my nails to be done before 7 o’clock because I had to be somewhere at seven. she reassured to me multiple times that my nails will be done by the time i needed them to be done. Ummmm….. they where ugly as freak and my nails where finished at 7:20!!!!!

I've been coming here for years! Theresa, Kevin, John, Sin they are all awesome! They are reasonably priced and efficient. I won't go any where else.
