Really disappointed by this experience. I saw positive reviews and decided to go in to get the Natural Pedicure. I had to walk out of here mid-pedicure. - No gloves used at all by anyone. - No sanitized tools. - Person doing my pedicure put tools directly on the floor (see photo) - Painful foot massage (the person doing my pedicure kept digging hard into the same spot on my right foot repeatedly and then barely any pressure on the left foot). Everyone here is always so kind, and they do a great job.
They are incredibly efficient! The whole place runs like a well oiled machine. I tried the dazzle nail polish for the first time, they did a wonderful job! It looks flawless. They have a huge range of colors and sparkles, truly whatever you’d like. I’m already looking forward to visiting again.
